Conference Suite at BG Futures

BG Business and Enterprise Centre: BG Futures.

Work on the new BG Futures Business and Enterprise Centre is now complete and the centre opened to tenants at the beginning of January 2012. The work sees the original Sky Centre extended upwards and outwards to create a vibrant environment for business start-ups and fledgling businesses.

Jointly funded by BG, the European Regional Development Fund, Lincolnshire Enterprise and Lincolnshire County Council, the new building provides a total of 15 business start-up units as well as conference rooms and exhibition space for hire. The Enterprise Development Manager will also be co-located on site to provide that all important support that new businesses need.

Keen to offer a space that is suitable and affordable for you and your business, BG Futures will be able to offer three levels of support:

• Virtual Office Facilities
• Hot Desk Facilities
• Business Units (various sizes)

Prices are based on a cost of £150 per m² per annum exclusive of V.A.T and small business rates but include all utilities, broadband and telephone line rental and parking.

Unit sizes range from 8.4m² – 25.2m² and there are three conference/meeting/training rooms available ranging from 30-70 person capacity.
